Welcome to the event organized by Citymatiné (X Event Kft., company reg. no.: 01-09-192269, registered seat: 1051 Budapest, Zrínyi utca 4.). Our goal is to create a safe yet liberating environment where everyone can enjoy the music without disturbance.
By entering the event area and purchasing a ticket, you accept these house rules and acknowledge that compliance with them is a condition of participation.

Event duration: May 1, 2026, 12:00 PM – 11:00 PM
(The above time also indicates opening and closing hours.)
ENTRY AND PARTICIPATION
Entry is permitted only with a valid ticket, which will be verified via QR code scanning at the entrance. Each ticket is valid for a single entry only. A scanned, valid ticket serves as the only accepted proof of entry and presence.
For VIP tickets, a wristband will also be provided upon entry. Wristbands must be worn at all times during the event. They are non-transferable and become invalid if damaged, removed, or lost. No replacements will be issued. Any wristband that is damaged, tampered with, cut, reattached, or larger than wrist size is considered invalid.
The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry without justification or to remove any person whose behavior endangers safety, disrupts others, or is inappropriate due to intoxication, hygiene, or lack of cooperation with staff. In such cases, tickets are non-refundable.
Visitors under the age of 14 may attend free of charge only when accompanied by an adult. Visitors aged 14–18 must hold a valid ticket and also require adult supervision.
SECURITY MEASURES AND PROHIBITED ITEMS
For safety reasons, bags and clothing may be subject to inspection upon entry. By purchasing a ticket and entering, visitors accept this possibility.
It is strictly prohibited to bring any illegal items or objects that may endanger safety. This includes, but is not limited to, drugs, pyrotechnics, weapons, glass items, explosive or flammable materials, as well as unauthorized drones and professional recording equipment.
Bringing or consuming narcotics or intoxicating substances is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal from the event.
The organizer reserves the right to deny entry of prohibited items and to remove any such items and their holders from the premises.
Open flames are not permitted at the event.
FOOD, DRINKS AND HYDRATION
Bringing alcoholic beverages into the event is prohibited. Visitors may bring one PET bottle (max. 1.5 liters) of water or soft drink. Energy drinks are not allowed.
Drinking water and catering services are available on-site. Due to the daytime nature of the event, please ensure adequate hydration.
Bringing commercial quantities of food or tobacco products is prohibited.
A reusable cup system is in place to reduce waste. Visitors purchase a reusable cup, which can be used multiple times and kept after the event. If you do not wish to keep it, it can be returned according to the venue’s deposit system.
Alcohol will not be served to persons under 18.
HEALTH AND LIABILITY
Participation is at your own risk. The event may include loud music, deep bass, flashing lights, strobe effects, large crowds, and heat exposure. Ear protection and sun protection are recommended.
The organizer assumes no responsibility for health issues, including hearing damage.
Medical services are available on-site. In case of discomfort, please seek help and look out for others.
In case of emergency, follow all instructions from staff and announcements.
CODE OF CONDUCT
The event is a shared experience based on mutual respect. Visitors must refrain from behavior that endangers others or damages property.
Citymatiné has zero tolerance for aggressive, harassing, or discriminatory behavior. Such actions will result in immediate removal.
For safety and visual experience reasons, flags are not allowed.
Please respect the environment and use designated waste bins.
USE OF PREMISES
Certain areas may be temporarily restricted for safety or capacity reasons. Please follow all signage and staff instructions.
PHOTO AND VIDEO RECORDING
Audio and visual recordings may be made at the event. By attending, you consent to being recorded and to the use of such materials for promotional purposes.
Visitors may take recordings for personal use only. Commercial use requires prior written consent.
COMMERCIAL ACTIVITY
Any commercial, promotional, or advertising activity requires prior written approval from the organizer.
ANIMALS
Animals are not allowed, except for assistance dogs. Responsibility for assistance dogs lies with the owner.
LIABILITY AND OTHER PROVISIONS
The organizer is not responsible for lost or stolen items. No cloakroom is available.
As an outdoor event, weather conditions may affect the program. The organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the event if necessary.
Visitors without a valid wristband may be required to pay an entry fee or leave the premises.
Lost & found items can be handed in and collected at the bar.
Matters not covered in these rules are governed by applicable Hungarian law.
